All submitted research must obtain ethical approval. You must upload the approval letter with your submission.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Data must not be published before the submission deadline.
  • No duplicate submissions unless featuring significant new analysis.
  • Case reports are not accepted.
  • Undergraduate / student research is excluded.

  • Submissions must be made by the corresponding author.
  • Up to 15 co-authors may be included.
  • Abstracts are editable until the deadline; after close they are final.

Attendance & Registration

Colleagues with accepted abstracts are automatically registered. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Presenters are expected to attend and present.
